20% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette en 20% Bourboulenc. Fijn en levendig aroma van bloemen met een accent van anijs en venkel. De smaak is rond, aromatisch, met een schitterende finale waar vooral de frisheid opvalt. Het hout is discreet aanwezig. Kan geschonken worden als aperitief, maar ook tijdens de maaltijd bij stevige vissoorten, wit vlees en gevogelte.

Still in tank last fall, the 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc even had a greenish hint to its pale-straw hue. Scents of struck match and lime mark the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is custardy and silky, balanced by taut acids and a crisp finish. The assemblage is 30% each Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, with 20% each Bourboulenc and Clairette. Approximately one-fifth was vinified and aged in new barriques, the rest in stainless steel tank.
