La Campagnola has been run by the Campagnola family for 4 generations. It was great-grandfather Carlo who founded the winery in 1886 and today Luigi & Guiseppe are at the head of this thriving company. This house has wonderful range of typical wines of the region.
Grape variety : Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara
Winemaking : After a rigorous selection of the bunches, the grapes are left to dry for 10 days. Then follows a classic vinification in stainless steel vats and a short passage in oak barrels.
Color , Nose & Taste : A complex and lively bouquet, in which the perfumes of ripe amarenas,plums, cinnamon and husks of nuts and chestnuts can be recognized. A tasty, warm wine with a very balanced structure.
Serve with: Just as a real meditation wine, but also delicious with aged cheeses, roasted or fried red meat and duck.
