100% Chardonnay sourced from the Montpalais plot of the Domaine J.B. Ponsot. This wine has great complexity and depth. The palate is full, creamy and soft with lots of ripe white fruit and a hint of flint. The finish is equally refined and persistent, allowing us to enjoy this perfectly balanced white wine for a long time to come. Moreover, it still has a nice storage potential of 10 to 15 years. Goes perfectly with a variety of fish dishes, crustaceans and shellfish.
